        My product came broken. What can I do?

        We are so sorry to hear that. We at Dispensed are dedicated to providing high-quality products that stand the test of time.

        If your product came faulty, please contact us here or email us at help@dispensed.store and we'll be sure to make it right by sending a replacement as soon as possible for completely free. We offer the replacements within 90 days after the day of delivery.

        Please keep in mind that products that were broken due to misuse will not be eligible for replacements (we can tell if they were misused!).

        How do I return my order?

        We offer easy and free returns after 30 days counting from the day of delivery.

        The product must be in it's original condition, unopened and unused.

        The refund will be issued after we receive the return and a quality check is performed. If we receive an item that is not in its original condition, the customer must pay a $10 shipping fee for us to re-deliver the package.

        Can I bring this on the plane?

        Yes!

        The Dispensed Travel Bottle was designed with TSA guidelines in mind. The largest compartment of the Dispensed Travel Bottle is 100ml, which is the TSA maximum.

        The Shower edition includes:

        • 50ml pump x2
        • 100ml pump x1

        The Skincare edition includes:

        • 20ml pump x4
        • 40ml pump x1
        • 15ml balm/cream tub x4

        To be extra sure, please contact your airline to ensure that these quantities comply with your particular flight. However, for almost all flights, the Dispensed Travel Bottle complies with the standards.

        What can't I put into the pumps?

        While the Dispensed pumps can handle most fluids, the following types of product may lead to damaging the pump:

        • Hair essence & serum
        • Sun cream & BB cream
        • Oils
        • Products with beads

        We highly recommend placing these types of products in the bottom tub compartments of the Skincare Edition.

        Damage resulting from mishandling of the pumps is not covered under our replacement or refund policy.
